Preparation
All riders should come dressed in workout attire – think leggings, sports bras, and sports shirts. Riders are required to
wear indoor cycling shoes so feel free to bring your own. No shoes? No problem! You can rent a pair at the front desk.
You’ll be working up a sweat so hydrate before, during, and after class. A small pre workout snack is also encouraged!

Arrival & Sign In
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class so we can help you get situated, give you a tour of the studio, and introduce you to your instructor! You’ll be greeted by one of our front desk staff and asked to sign a waiver. You’re welcome to join other riders in the community room before class or prep for your ride in our fully stocked locker rooms.
