Foundations Ride & Learn is The Ride’s fun, upbeat introduction to rhythm-based indoor cycling, designed to help new riders feel confident on the bike. You’ll learn proper bike setup, safe form, and how to move with the beat through simple, guided choreography like jogs, elbow drops, and push-ups, to name a few.
This class breaks things down at a beginner-friendly pace without sacrificing the energy or challenge. It’s the perfect way to ease into cycling, taking away any fears or worries you might have about getting started. With supportive coaching and a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll build strength, coordination, and confidence—one beat at a time.
