Starting as a participant I know what its like to be on the other side of the room and I will always be right there with you stride for stride in class together! As a cycle instructor I like to have a balance of speed and power in class driven by music that pushes us as a group. From classic rock to hip hop all the up to modern hits nothing is off the table! I love the opportunity to share a room with people who choose themselves each day and get 1% closer to our goals each class. With consistency, a strong attitude and great music we can all reach our goals together!
