I’m passionate about connecting mind and spirit on the bike. Something magical happens when the lights are off and all our energies are connected through music and movement— a healing. I love blending the physical and the spiritual. I’ve been instructing for 3.5 years and every time I get on the bike, it feels like another layer of myself gets uncovered. My intention is to create that same safe space for others to be seen and experience that magic too.
